During my stay, I found the hotel to have clean, good-standard rooms, although it was a bit stuffy and hot due to the centralized air conditioning set for colder weather. The staff offered to open the window for better air circulation. The service was friendly and accommodating, despite limited English skills. The location is convenient for exploring JR around the region, very close to the central train station. The dining options were enjoyable, especially for non-Japanese guests, with a variety of classic dishes available.
